What is your return policy for sample sale items?
Due to the deep discounts offered, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is proven to be defective or incorrectly described.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that during high-volume flash sales, processing times may be extended up to 10 business days.
What kind of condition are the items in?
Our inventory includes a mix of overstock, past-season collections, and true 'samples.' While most items are brand new with tags, some samples may have minor imperfections which will be noted in the product description.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Eclipse Sample Sales ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
